Oceania Cruises Highlights 2027 Northern Europe Sailings

Oceania Cruises

MIAMI, Florida – 10 June 2026 Oceania Cruises® has detailed a selection of its 2027 Northern Europe itineraries, with voyages aboard Oceania Insignia™, Oceania Marina™ and Oceania Vista® covering Scandinavia, the Baltic, the British Isles and Ireland, Iceland, Greenland and Norway, according to the official press release.

The cruise line said the 2027 programme is focused on destination-led voyages across Northern Europe, combining major regional cities with smaller coastal ports. The highlighted itineraries include calls in destinations such as Copenhagen, Reykjavik and Stockholm, alongside smaller ports including Rosendal in Norway, Stornoway in Scotland, Seydisfjordur in Iceland and Karlskrona in Sweden.

Oceania Cruises said the voyages have been planned around Northern Europe’s long summer days, regional traditions and destinations suited to exploration by sea. The sailings form part of the line’s wider global programme, which includes more than 600 ports and over 250 unique itineraries each year.

Three ships to operate Northern Europe itineraries

The Northern Europe programme will feature sailings on three Oceania Cruises ships. Oceania Insignia™, Oceania Marina™ and Oceania Vista® will operate a range of itineraries across the region in 2027.

The cruise line said the season will include ports across the Baltic and Scandinavia, the British Isles and Ireland, Greenland, Iceland and the Northern Fjords. Itineraries include both one-way and round-trip voyages, with durations ranging from 10 to 14 days among the highlighted sailings.

Oceania Cruises has positioned the voyages around small-ship access and shore experiences, with excursions designed to connect guests with local cuisine, culture, history and outdoor exploration. The line said its ships call on destinations that are not always accessible to larger vessels.

Shore experiences focus on local culture and landscapes

The programme includes a range of shore excursions across Northern Europe. In Eidfjord, Norway, guests can experience the Hardanger region’s apple-growing traditions through a cider tasting set within the area’s landscapes.

In Visby, Sweden, passengers can join one of Oceania Cruises’ Culinary Discovery Tours™, exploring Swedish farm-to-table traditions and visiting local farms before a seasonal lunch featuring island ingredients.

In Seydisfjordur, Iceland, guests can travel by 4×4 through the remote countryside of eastern Iceland to Brekka, described in the release as the country’s smallest town. The destination sits along a narrow fjord surrounded by waterfalls, seabirds and mountain scenery.

“Our Northern Europe voyages offer travelers an extraordinary way to experience one of the world’s most sought-after regions during the best time of year to visit,” said Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer of Oceania Cruises. “From the fjords of Norway to the cultural capitals of Scandinavia and the remote coastlines of Iceland and Greenland, these itineraries are designed for guests who want to see more of the region in a seamless and refined way.

Traveling aboard our intimate ships offers unparalleled convenience, allowing guests to reach destinations that can be more challenging to explore independently – while only unpacking once.”
