MIAMI, Florida – 6 October 2026: Regent Seven Seas Cruises® has unveiled a collection of new and enhanced bar, lounge and beverage concepts that will debut aboard Seven Seas Prestige™ in December 2026.
The programme includes the new Galileo’s Bar, Mediterranean-inspired drinks at Azure, an open-air beverage selection at Solmar Terrace and an exclusive cocktail created for Seven Seas Prestige. Zero-proof (alcohol-free) options will also feature across several venues.
“Seven Seas Prestige represents an exciting evolution for Regent, and that same innovative vision extends to every aspect of the guest experience, including our bars, lounges, and beverage offerings,” said Wesley D’Silva, President, Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “Each venue has been thoughtfully crafted to create its own sense of atmosphere and occasion, from aperitivo moments at Galileo’s Bar to Mediterranean-inspired cocktails at Azure and refreshing open-air serves at Solmar Terrace. Whether guests are gathering with friends before dinner, celebrating a special milestone or simply enjoying a perfectly crafted cocktail at sea, these experiences have been designed to feel immersive, elevated and distinctly Regent.”
Galileo’s Bar Draws on Italian Aperitivo Tradition
Galileo’s Bar draws inspiration from Galileo’s spirit of discovery and the Italian aperitivo tradition, with premium Italian spirits and distinctive cocktail presentations designed around the transition from day to evening.
At the centre of the concept is the Negroni Observatory, a collection of imaginative interpretations of Italy’s most iconic aperitif, alongside cocktails inspired by the night sky. These include the Comet Negroni, featuring Italicus, Beefeater Gin and Noilly Prat Vermouth, and the Astronomer’s Negroni, combining mezcal, Beefeater Gin and Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino.
Other creations include the Dark Matter Espresso Martini, with Amaro Montenegro, vodka and espresso; Jupiter’s Garden, featuring gin, Frangelico and fresh basil; and Venetian Moon, made with gin, lychee, lemon and basil.
The Orbit Zero Espresso Martini is a zero-proof interpretation featuring Lyre’s Dark Cane, Lyre’s Amaretti and espresso.
Mediterranean-Inspired Beverages Feature at Azure
Azure’s beverage programme centres on herbal cocktails, citrus-led spritzes and regional wines designed to accompany the restaurant’s Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine.
The Monastery Sour combines Bénédictine, brandy, lemon juice and thyme syrup, while the Beet and Pear Sour features pear vodka, fresh beetroot juice, lemon juice, thyme syrup and egg white. The Provence Bloom combines elderflower liqueur, lavender syrup, lemon juice, peach purée, gin and tonic water. A refreshing, wellness-inspired flavoured water selection includes cucumber, lemon, orange and pomegranate-infused options.
Solmar Terrace Adds Open-Air Serves
Solmar Terrace at Compass Rose will feature wines, cocktails and zero-proof creations designed for open-air enjoyment and daytime dining.
The selection includes Pearl of the Riviera, made with Grey Goose La Poire, Cocchi Americano, Luxardo Aperitivo and Prosecco, and Imperial Yuzu, combining Junmai daiginjo sake, yuzu sake liqueur, Italicus Bergamot Liqueur and Prosecco. Other drinks include the Harissa Bloody Mary and Mediterranean Paloma. Zero-proof choices include Orchard Fizz, featuring apple juice, lemon and rosemary, and Dark ‘n Spicy, made with Lyre’s Spiced Cane Spirit, lime juice, ginger beer and sugar-free vanilla syrup.
The ship will also feature the Prestige Lounge, Meridian Lounge, Observation Lounge, Connoisseur Lounge, Casino, Pool Bar and Coffee Connection. Cocktails, fine wines and premium spirits will also be available across its restaurants.
Exclusive Cocktail Created for Seven Seas Prestige
The beverage collection also includes an exclusive Seven Seas Prestige cocktail, joining Regent’s signature cocktails created for each ship in the fleet. The new serve combines Patrón Silver Tequila with Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, lime juice, egg white, agave syrup and grapefruit or orange bitters. It is finished with a dehydrated lime wheel and Himalayan salt.
The new bar and beverage concepts are scheduled to debut aboard Seven Seas Prestige in December 2026.
