07 October 2026: Disney Cruise Line has unveiled new details of the dining venues, entertainment, lounges and accommodation planned for Disney Believe, which is scheduled to begin sailing from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on 18 December 2027.
The new ship will combine newly developed experiences with returning Disney Cruise Line venues and entertainment, drawing inspiration from Disney and Pixar films including Moana, Frozen, Zootopia, Encanto and Toy Story.
Moana-Inspired Grand Hall and New Lounges
Disney Believe’s Grand Hall will feature design elements inspired by Moana and its Pacific Islands setting, including ocean-coloured carpeting, constellation-themed ceilings and railings reflecting patterns from Moana’s costume. A chandelier modelled on ocean movements will incorporate a concealed representation of the heart of Te Fiti.
Among the new venues is Wishing Well, a Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs-inspired lounge featuring three distinct areas representing the film’s castle, courtyard and Seven Dwarfs’ cottage.
Gazelle, an entertainment venue inspired by Zootopia, will host family activities during the day and adult-exclusive entertainment in the evening. A new interactive family show will feature Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde investigating a case. Additional venues include Sea Notes, an iridescent piano lounge inspired by Ariel’s grotto in The Little Mermaid, serving cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks and Skygazers, an observatory-themed pub offering craft beers, cocktails, light bites and live sports broadcasts.
Frozen Dining Experience and Themed Cafés
A new restaurant, Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast, will present a new, untold chapter in the Frozen story, inviting guests to join Oaken and his cousins in a Scandinavian Summerhaus courtyard.
Inside Out: Joyful Sweets will return with sculptural additions inspired by Inside Out 2, including Anxiety, Envy and the Sense of Self structure, alongside Joy and Sadness.
Two new cafés, Big Hero Sips and Café Kakamora, will draw inspiration from Big Hero 6 and Moana respectively, serving coffee, tea and speciality beverages. Returning dining venues will include 1923 and Worlds of Marvel, while Haunted Mansion Parlor will feature a new beverage selection.
New Stage Productions Announced
Disney Believe will introduce the first stage adaptation of Disney’s Encanto, presented exclusively aboard the ship at the Walt Disney Theatre. The production will reflect Colombia’s landscape and cultures through costuming, scenic design and a fusion of traditional dance styles, alongside songs from the film by Disney Legend Lin-Manuel Miranda.
Tangled: The Musical will also join the entertainment programme, featuring redesigned sets and special effects. Disney Seas the Adventure will return as part of the theatre’s production line-up.
Themed Staterooms and New Royal Suites
Accommodation aboard Disney Believe will feature artwork inspired by Moana, Coco and Inside Out, while concierge accommodation will include Peter Pan and Toy Story themes.
Approximately 70 per cent of staterooms will include verandahs, while more than 450 connecting doors will accommodate larger family groups. All staterooms will include ample storage, while most will also feature Disney Cruise Line’s split-bath concept, roomy closets and elevated bed frames with under-bed space.”
Two new royal suites will be introduced: the Royal Reef Suite, inspired by The Little Mermaid, and the Royal Rose Suite, themed around Beauty and the Beast.
The exclusive two-storey Believe Tower Suite, located within the ship’s forward funnel, will accommodate eight guests. Inspired by Magic Kingdom Park, its rooms will reflect different themed lands and incorporate decorative elements referencing Cinderella Castle.
