Expanding Private Destination Portfolio
Nassau – Royal Caribbean International has officially opened Royal Beach Club Paradise Island, its first all-inclusive beach club destination in Nassau, The Bahamas. The 17-acre private resort welcomed its inaugural guests on December 23, 2025, four days ahead of the originally scheduled debut, marking a significant expansion of the line’s branded shore excursion offerings.
The grand opening followed a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Bahamian government officials, local community leaders, and Royal Caribbean executives, celebrating the project that broke ground in April 2024. Developed through a public-private partnership with the Bahamian government, the beach club emphasises sustainable tourism and local economic impact, creating hundreds of jobs for Bahamian businesses and entrepreneurs.
Michael Bayley, President/CEO: “Guests sought more Bahamas ways; we’ve created a destination for every mood.” Royal Beach Club joins Perfect Day at CocoCay, launching Cozumel/Santorini (2026), Lelepa (2027), Perfect Day Mexico.
Paradise Island delivers “exclusive meets all-inclusive” across family, party, and chill zones. Highlights include two pristine beaches, three temperature-controlled pools, The Floating Flamingo (world’s largest swim-up bar), ten waterfront bars, and three beach grills offering unlimited bites. Guests enjoy complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, Wi-Fi, showers, lockers, and ferry transfers from the cruise pier.
Private Party Cove decks accommodate up to 12 guests with dedicated service and ocean views. Bahamian culture infuses the experience through architecture, live music, artisan huts, and cuisine.
Day passes, exclusive to Royal Caribbean guests, are available via royalcaribbean.com. Opening coincides with Symphony of the Seas (Dec 21 Eastern Caribbean), Utopia of the Seas/Liberty of the Seas (Dec 26 Bahamas).
