GENEVA, 26 October 2026 – MSC Cruises has unveiled its largest selection of complimentary dining options to date aboard MSC World Asia, with new casual restaurants, food stalls and takeaway services planned for the ship’s Mediterranean debut on 4 December 2026.
The new flagship will introduce Aqua Food Market, Buffet Grab & Go and a complimentary takeaway service within the Pan-Asian Street Food venue. These will join several other casual dining options across the ship.
MSC World Asia will feature 20 dining venues in total, alongside a wider selection of more than 40 bars, lounges and restaurants.
Aqua Food Market Introduces Five Food Stalls
Aqua Food Market will be a new fast-casual dining venue on the ship’s Aqua Deck, featuring five food stalls offering dishes from different international cuisines. Drawing inspiration from European coastal destinations, the market will serve freshly prepared dishes that guests can customise to their preferences. Food choices will include salads, loaded fries, sandwiches, pita breads and desserts. Located near the pool, the venue will offer seating for guests wishing to eat on site, while also allowing them to take their food back to the pool area.
A second new option, Buffet Grab & Go, will also be located on the Aqua Deck near the pool. It will provide a selection of ready-to-eat snacks for guests between onboard activities.
Pan-Asian Street Food Adds Complimentary Takeaway Service
The ship’s new Pan-Asian Street Food concept will include a dedicated takeaway window offering complimentary street food-style bites during the day.
Menu examples include crispy seafood balls and bao buns. The takeaway counter will be one of three distinct experiences within the Pan-Asian Street Food venue, which will also include a speciality restaurant and bar. The arrangement will provide a complimentary daytime food option alongside the venue’s other dining and beverage offerings.
Casual Dining Available Across the Ship
MSC World Asia will offer additional complimentary food and snack options in several of its onboard districts.
Promenade Bites, located in the Promenade district, will serve sweet and savoury snacks. Families visiting the Family Aventura district will be able to use The Harbour Bar & Bites for complimentary takeaway snacks, sweet items and cold drinks. Pizza & Burger, positioned beside Luna Park in the World Galleria, will operate around the clock, offering pizza, burgers and other quick-service food.
Together, these venues form part of the ship’s selection of informal dining options, complementing its main restaurants, buffets and speciality dining concepts.
MSC World Asia to Feature 20 Dining Venues
MSC World Asia’s dining offering will comprise five main dining restaurants, six speciality concepts, two buffets and seven fast-casual or takeaway options.
The five main dining restaurants include the exclusive MSC Yacht Club restaurant. The complimentary venues will operate alongside the ship’s speciality dining options, providing a combination of traditional restaurant service, buffet dining and casual food outlets.
MSC World Asia is the latest vessel in MSC Cruises’ World Class series. Its design will incorporate elements referencing Asian culture, art and landscapes, reflecting the wider geographical theme of the ship.
Mediterranean Cruises Begin in December
MSC World Asia will commence seven-night Mediterranean itineraries on 4 December 2026. The programme will include destinations such as Barcelona, Marseille, Messina, Civitavecchia for Rome, Naples and Valletta.
The new dining venues will form part of the onboard offering when the ship begins these Mediterranean sailings.
