Silversea Adds 103 sailings

MIAMI, 06 October 2026: Silversea has unveiled 103 new sailings within its Voyage Collection 2028-2029, spanning September 2028 to May 2029 and covering 219 destinations in 56 countries.

The programme includes 29 new ports of call across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, plus South America. General sales open on 8 October 2026, following a preview for Venetian Society members on 6 October.

“Our Voyage Collection 2028-2029 offers industry-leading depth across every region,” said Bert Hernandez, president, Silversea. “Guests can select a voyage designed around a culinary season through our new S.A.L.T. Culinary Voyages, take on an entire continent aboard Silver Nova during Grand South America 2029, or spend an afternoon on the exclusive island of Canouan, where our Destination Experience carries guests from a Carnival welcome to a beachside celebration. These moments are what allow our guests to experience each destination at its most authentic.”

The collection includes new S.A.L.T. Culinary Voyages, a two-ship Mediterranean deployment, an expanded Caribbean programme, a 75-night Grand South America circumnavigation and additional itineraries across Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Mediterranean Programme Spans 17 Sailings

Silver Nova and Silver Dawn will operate 17 Mediterranean voyages between October 2028 and March 2029, visiting 53 destinations across 12 countries. The programme includes new calls at Brindisi and Imperia, alongside overnight stays in Cadiz, Funchal, Fusina, Genoa, Istanbul, Livorno, Naples and Valletta.

Silver Dawn will overnight in Venice during Carnival, with an evening event inspired by Casanova. A separate Silver Dawn sailing will position the ship in Funchal for New Year’s Eve before continuing to Casablanca and Tangier.

New S.A.L.T. Culinary Voyages Added

Silversea is expanding its S.A.L.T. Culinary Voyages with itineraries built around regional food seasons and markets.

Three Wine & Truffle sailings aboard Silver Dawn will operate across Italy and Spain from October to December. The voyages will trace the truffle trail from Livorno, gateway to Tuscany, to Palamos in Catalonia, with truffle-hunting excursions, guided vineyard visits, onboard tastings and chef-led programming.

Four Asian Markets sailings aboard Silver Muse will operate between Singapore and Hong Kong, incorporating shore experiences led by local food experts, chef-led market visits and stops at hawker stalls and street-food destinations.

Caribbean Season Includes Canouan Experience

Silver Ray, Silver Nova, Silver Spirit and Silver Shadow will operate 38 voyages in the Caribbean and Central America between November 2028 and March 2029, calling at 34 destinations across 21 countries. The deployment introduces a new call at La Romana in the Dominican Republic, with round-trip departures from Miami, Fort Lauderdale and San Juan.

Silversea will also offer a full-day Destination Experience at Canouan in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, featuring a Carnival-style welcome with local dancers and a steel band, followed by a beachside soiree with light bites, flowing drinks and live music.

Silver Nova to Operate Grand South America 2029

Silver Nova will host Grand South America 2029, a 75-night round-trip circumnavigation departing Fort Lauderdale on 13 January 2029 and returning on 29 March.

The voyage includes a Panama Canal transit, scenic cruising of the Antarctic Peninsula and overnight stays in Manaus, Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Callao and Cartagena. Three exclusive events are planned, including a sunset reception in Gustavia, reserved seating for Rio Carnival at the Sambadrome and a private rooftop event in Cartagena.
