MIAMI, Florida – 2 September 2026: Regent Seven Seas Cruises® has announced its largest spa and wellness offering to date aboard Seven Seas Prestige, including the cruise line’s first salt room, first in-suite gym and expanded menu of longevity-focused treatments, according to an official press release.
The new ship, which is scheduled to enter service in December 2026, will feature the largest Serene Spa & Wellness facility in Regent’s fleet. Located on Deck 4, the Serene Spa & Wellness facility will include 10 treatment rooms, thermal facilities and Regent’s largest fitness centre, which will feature Technogym equipment from the brand’s Sand Stone Collection.
The announcement forms part of the unveiling of Seven Seas Prestige, Regent’s first new ship class in a decade. The ship’s wellness facilities will also build on the active lifestyle features recently announced for its Solara Sports Deck.

Expanded spa and thermal facilities
The Serene Spa & Wellness area will contain 10 treatment rooms, including dedicated rooms for acupuncture, medi-spa services and couples’ treatments. A complimentary thermal suite will include Regent’s first salt room, as well as saunas, steam rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, an aroma room, a snow room, experience showers and heated loungers.
The salon will include three hair stations, one barber station and two stations for manicures and pedicures. Treatments and services at Serene Spa & Wellness will be available at an additional cost. The treatment menu will include massages, facials, body therapies and beauty services, alongside signature experiences such as the Around the World Massage, Brazilian Bamboo Massage and Mediterranean Seaweed Wrap.
Regent’s partnership with ELEMIS will continue with the introduction of Cryotighten + Firm by ELEMIS, described as a cooling-and-warming body treatment, and ELEMIS Red Light Face Mask Therapy.
New medi-spa services
Seven Seas Prestige will also introduce Regent’s most extensive medi-spa offering to date. The programme will include clinical-grade dermal analysis and aesthetic services, with Thermage FLX and truSculpt technologies available for skin-tightening and body-contouring treatments.
Additional salon services will include Keratin hair therapy and brow and lash treatments from Nouveau. The expanded offering will also feature the Niagen NAD+ Longevity IV, LED-enhanced acupuncture and the Plated Exosomes Serum.
The ship will introduce the NEXA portable skin imaging system, which provides clinical-grade analysis of surface and sub-surface dermal health. The system will be used alongside consultations led by aestheticians.
Largest Regent fitness centre
At 6,006 square feet, the Serene Spa & Wellness Fitness Centre will be the largest gym in Regent’s fleet. The fitness centre will feature Technogym’s new Sand Stone Collection throughout the space. The equipment will cover cardio, strength training, functional training and wellness. The centre will also introduce Technogym’s Mywellness digital platform to Regent’s fleet, offering customised training programmes, progress tracking and on-demand video classes.
Dedicated areas will be provided for yoga, Pilates, stretching and cycling classes, in addition to cardio and strength-training zones. The Skyview Regent Suite will feature a 161-square-foot private gym, equipped with the Technogym Bike Personal Live, Kinesis Personal Vision, Technogym Bench and Technogym Visio display.
Guests staying in the Skyview Regent Suite will also receive two complimentary Serene Spa & Wellness services per day. These may be used in the suite or at the spa.
The new wellness facilities will be available when Seven Seas Prestige begins its maiden voyage on 13 December 2026, a 14-night transatlantic sailing from Barcelona to Miami.
