MIAMI, Florida – June 11, 2026: Regent Seven Seas Cruises has announced its 2027 Spotlight Collection, featuring seven themed sailings across Europe aboard Seven Seas Grandeur®, Seven Seas Splendor®, Seven Seas Voyager® and Seven Seas Prestige™, according to the official press release.
The collection includes the cruise line’s first Spotlight Voyage on Wellness & Longevity with ELEMIS, alongside sailings focused on wine, gastronomy and genealogy. Each voyage will include programming developed around the theme of the sailing, with expert hosts, brand partnerships and destination-led experiences.
Regent introduces first ELEMIS wellness voyage
The headline addition to the collection is Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ first Spotlight Voyage dedicated to wellness. The Spotlight on Wellness & Longevity with ELEMIS will sail on August 21, 2027, aboard Seven Seas Prestige™.
The 10-night Mediterranean itinerary will operate from Trieste, Italy, to Barcelona, Spain. Ports listed for the voyage include Argostoli in Cephalonia, Gythion, Athens (Piraeus), Mykonos, Santorini and Ibiza.
Developed in partnership with luxury skincare and wellness brand ELEMIS, the sailing will focus on four areas: Diet & Nutrition, Mind & Stress, Skin & Longevity, and Movement & Exercise.
The programme will include expert-led wellness sessions, interactive BeMoved classes, mindfulness enrichment and Blue Zone-inspired culinary programming. Regent said the voyage reflects growing interest in holistic well-being, longevity and travel experiences shaped around wellness.
The sailing will take place aboard Seven Seas Prestige™, Regent’s newest ship and the brand’s first new ship class in a decade. The ship is scheduled to introduce four new suite categories and new dining experiences as part of the cruise line’s all-inclusive offering.
Spotlight sailings feature wine, food and heritage
The 2027 collection also includes several wine-led voyages. The first, Spotlight on Wine with Foley Family Wines & Spirits, will depart on March 24, 2027, for a 10-night sailing aboard Seven Seas Voyager® from Rome (Civitavecchia) to Barcelona.
The voyage will be hosted by Mari Wells Coyle, VP of Winemaking for Foley Family Wines & Spirits, and Jay Gifford, Managing Director, International for Foley Family Wines & Spirits. The programme will feature tastings, seminars and discussions focused on California wines, with selections including Silverado, Chalk Hill, Ferrari-Carano and Merus.
A second wine-focused itinerary, Spotlight on Wine with Mercante Wine Merchants, will depart on July 11, 2027, aboard Seven Seas Grandeur®. The eight-night voyage will sail from Rome (Civitavecchia) to Venice (Fusina), with calls including Salerno, Messina, Catania, Kotor, Dubrovnik and Koper. Guests will join James Mercante, founder of Mercante Wine Merchants, for programming centred on Italian wine, family heritage and regional food pairings.
Also departing on July 11, 2027, Spotlight on Wine with Palmaz Vineyards will sail for 14 nights aboard Seven Seas Splendor® from Copenhagen to London (Southampton). The itinerary includes Berlin (Warnemunde), Ronne, Stockholm with an overnight in port, Tallinn, Helsinki, Liepaja, Gdansk (Gdynia), Amsterdam and Bruges (Zeebrugge). Jessica and Florencia Palmaz of Palmaz Vineyards will host the sailing.
A further wine sailing, Spotlight on Wine with Honig Vineyard & Winery, will depart on October 11, 2027, aboard Seven Seas Voyager®. The 11-night voyage will operate from Rome (Civitavecchia) to Barcelona and will be hosted by Steven Honig.
Culinary and genealogy themes added to the programme
The collection also includes an Epicurean Spotlight with Mark and Kate Bittman. The 12-night sailing aboard Seven Seas Voyager® will depart on July 14, 2027, from Edinburgh (Leith) to Stockholm.
The itinerary includes Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Berlin (Warnemunde), Ronne, Gdansk (Gdynia), Klaipeda, Riga and Tallinn. The programme will feature live podcast discussions, conversations and cooking demonstrations inspired by regional culinary traditions and local flavours.
Regent is also offering Spotlight on Heritage with Ancestry.com. The 12-night voyage will depart on July 2, 2027, aboard Seven Seas Voyager®, sailing from London (Southampton) to Edinburgh (Leith), with calls including Fowey, Cork (Cobh), Waterford, Holyhead, Douglas, Liverpool, Bangor, Glasgow (Greenock) and Kirkwall.
The sailing will feature genealogists from AncestryProGenealogists, with expert-led research, personalised consultations and opportunities for customised family history work linked to the itinerary.
