SEATTLE – 22 July 2026 – Holland America Line has introduced four World Stage productions aboard Oosterdam, including a new rock show developed with Rolling Stone and RWS Global, according to an official press release from the cruise line.
The productions were created exclusively for Holland America Line in partnership with RWS Global. Alongside the Rolling Stone collaboration, the programme includes “Decadence”, “Disco Fever” and “Fosse and Verdon, The Duet That Changed Broadway”, all of which are now being performed aboard Oosterdam.
“We listened to what our guests wanted—more visually impressive productions with incredible music and memorable performances—and these four new shows deliver that,” said Joe Chantry, vice president of entertainment & enrichment for Holland America Line. “Working with our creative partners at RWS Global and Rolling Stone, we’ve developed an entertainment lineup that is bold, immersive and uniquely Holland America Line, giving guests even more reasons to make World Stage part of every evening on board.”
Rolling Stone Collaboration Moves to World Stage
The new rock production, “Holland America Line and Rolling Stone Present All Access: The Songs That Shaped Us”, follows the introduction of Rolling Stone Lounge, which operates aboard most Holland America Line ships.
Featuring singers, dancers and musicians from Rolling Stone Lounge, the concert-style show celebrates music by artists including The Eagles, Janis Joplin, Van Halen and Fleetwood Mac. Live performances are combined with choreography in a stage production centred on established rock songs.

“Building on a proven fan favorite, we’ve expanded the experience into a fully realized stage production featuring singers, dancers, and the band from Rolling Stone Lounge.”

Three Additional Productions Join the Programme
“Decadence” combines music, movement and visual production, drawing on elements associated with Las Vegas, New York and classic Hollywood. The performance features familiar songs, choreographed numbers and showgirls.
“Disco Fever” focuses on disco music, with a setlist that includes “Le Freak”, “It’s Raining Men” and “I Love the Nightlife”. The production presents the songs through contemporary staging and choreography.
The fourth show, “Fosse and Verdon, The Duet That Changed Broadway”, was created with the Verdon Fosse Legacy®. It previously launched aboard Koningsdam and has now joined Oosterdam’s entertainment programme.
The production draws on choreography associated with Bob Fosse and Gwen Verdon and incorporates archival audio and video material. Featured works include “Damn Yankees”, “Sweet Charity”, “Cabaret” and “Chicago”.
Shows Available on Oosterdam Sailings
All four productions are currently running on Oosterdam’s World Stage. The ship’s 2026 programme includes Mediterranean, Panama Canal, South America and Antarctica itineraries.
Available departures highlighted by the cruise line include a 14-day Greece, Italy and French Riviera Collectors’ Voyage on August 22, a 10-day Adriatic sailing on September 23 and an 11-day Adriatic itinerary on October 3.
Oosterdam will subsequently operate a 16-day Inca and Panama Canal voyage departing on November 18, followed by a 22-day South America and Antarctica holiday sailing on December 19.
Oosterdam Revitalisation Planned for 2027
Oosterdam is also scheduled to become the first of six Holland America Line ships to undergo a complete revitalisation through the Holland America Evolution programme.
The cruise line describes the initiative as the largest guest-experience update in its 153-year history. Renovations aboard Oosterdam are due to debut in December 2027.
