MIAMI, Florida – June 23, 2026: Celebrity Cruises has received 25 honours in the 2026 Wine Spectator Awards, the highest number it has secured in a single year and a result that takes its wine programme’s total to 165 awards across 14 consecutive years.
According to the official press release, the latest results include 17 Best of Award of Excellence honours and eight Awards of Excellence. This marks the first time Celebrity Cruises has received 17 Best of Award of Excellence honours in a single year.
The recognised restaurants are located across the cruise line’s Edge Series, Solstice Series and Millennium Series ships. The list includes two recently introduced venues, Trattoria Rossa aboard Celebrity Solstice and Mosaic aboard Celebrity Xcel.
Restaurants across three ship series recognised
The 17 Best of Award of Excellence honours were awarded to restaurants operating across a broad section of the Celebrity Cruises fleet.
Le Voyage received recognition aboard Celebrity Xcel, Celebrity Ascent and Celebrity Beyond. Tuscan was also honoured aboard each of those three ships.
Other recipients included Cyprus aboard Celebrity Apex, Normandie aboard Celebrity Edge and Grand Epernay aboard Celebrity Solstice.
The remaining Best of Award of Excellence winners were Opus aboard Celebrity Reflection, Grand Cuvée aboard Celebrity Silhouette, Moonlight Sonata aboard Celebrity Eclipse, Silhouette aboard Celebrity Equinox, Cosmopolitan aboard Celebrity Summit, San Marco aboard Celebrity Constellation, Metropolitan aboard Celebrity Millennium and Trellis aboard Celebrity Infinity.
Le Voyage is the restaurant created by chef Daniel Boulud, Celebrity Cruises’ global culinary ambassador. The venue was also identified in the release as the first restaurant at sea to receive a Five-Star rating from Forbes Travel Guide.
New Celebrity Solstice and Celebrity Xcel venues honoured
Celebrity Cruises also secured eight Awards of Excellence, including recognition for two venues that recently joined the fleet’s restaurant portfolio.
Trattoria Rossa, which opened aboard the revitalised Celebrity Solstice in March 2026, received an Award of Excellence. The restaurant serves cuisine influenced by Rome and Southern Italy.
Mosaic aboard Celebrity Xcel was also recognised. Celebrity Xcel entered service in November 2025, and Mosaic serves dishes influenced by the destinations and regions visited during the ship’s itineraries.
Fine Cut received the remaining six Awards of Excellence. The restaurant was recognised aboard Celebrity Solstice, Celebrity Xcel, Celebrity Ascent, Celebrity Beyond, Celebrity Apex and Celebrity Edge.
“Celebrity Cruises constantly redefines the possibilities of food and beverage at sea, and this industry leading recognition reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence,” said Jan Sorensen, Celebrity Cruises’ Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations. “With up to 32 food and beverage venues on board, we offer something for every guest’s preference, while providing authentic, globally inspired experiences like no other.”
More than 500 wines offered aboard the fleet
Celebrity Cruises offers more than 500 wine selections across its ships, covering wine-producing regions and labels from around the world as well as the cruise line’s private-label wines.
Each restaurant is supported by a trained sommelier who can assist guests in understanding the available selections and choosing wines to accompany their meals.
Wine-related activities offered aboard Celebrity Cruises ships include Food and Wine Pairing Workshops. These sessions use contrasting combinations to explain the principles of food and wine chemistry and demonstrate how the two interact.
The cruise line also offers World Wine Tours, during which guests can sample wines from different regions and learn about individual grape varieties and regional characteristics.
The 2026 results bring Celebrity Cruises’ cumulative Wine Spectator Awards total to 165 over 14 consecutive years. The 25 honours include 17 Best of Award of Excellence awards and eight Awards of Excellence distributed across restaurants aboard the Edge Series, Solstice Series and Millennium Series fleets.
