SINGAPORE, 29 October 2026 – Royal Caribbean’s Navigator of the Seas has arrived in Singapore, marking the ship’s debut in Asia and the start of a year-long season from Singapore through October 2027.
The programme includes short Southeast Asia getaways as well as longer voyages covering Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Sailings range from two to 12 nights, giving travellers a choice of shorter regional cruises and extended Asia itineraries.
Ben Bouldin, President of Greater China and Managing Director Asia, Royal Caribbean, said: “Navigator of the Seas’ arrival in Singapore marks a game-changing moment for Royal Caribbean, making it easier for vacationers to discover more of Asia from one convenient homeport. With a range of short getaways and longer journeys to destinations across the region, Navigator gives vacationers greater flexibility in how they experience Asia. We’re thrilled to welcome Navigator to Singapore and give families and friends more ways to explore, reconnect and make every getaway count.”
Short cruises cover Malaysia and Thailand
From Singapore, Navigator of the Seas will operate two- to five-night sailings across Southeast Asia. Destinations include Penang and Langkawi in Malaysia and Phuket in Thailand.
Royal Caribbean highlights Penang for its heritage areas and food scene, while Phuket offers beach experiences and Langkawi is included for its natural landscapes. The shorter itineraries form part of the ship’s year-long deployment from Singapore, which continues through October 2027.
Longer voyages add Vietnam, Japan and Taiwan
Navigator of the Seas will also operate a 10-night itinerary covering Thailand and Vietnam. The voyage includes calls at Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang in Vietnam, together with an overnight stay in Bangkok, Thailand.
Longer 12-night journeys between Singapore and Tokyo will extend the programme into Northeast Asia, with destinations across Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
These itineraries sit alongside the ship’s shorter Southeast Asian cruises, giving Navigator of the Seas a broader regional programme during its Singapore season.
Navigator features waterslides, dining and entertainment
Onboard attractions include The Blaster and Riptide waterslides. Family activities also include Battle for Planet Z laser tag, the Royal Escape Room and Splashaway Bay, the ship’s children’s aquapark.
Dining options highlighted for the season include Japanese-inspired dishes at Izumi, Italian cuisine at Jamie’s Italian and seafood at Hooked.
Entertainment and nightlife options include live performances in the Royal Theater, music and cocktails at The Bamboo Room, and the poolside setting of The Lime and Coconut.
Singapore season forms part of wider Asia-Pacific programme
Navigator of the Seas’ year-long deployment forms part of Royal Caribbean’s wider 2027-28 Asia-Pacific programme. Following Navigator’s Singapore season, Quantum of the Seas will begin sailing from Singapore in October 2027. From January through April 2028, Voyager of the Seas will operate from Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo.
Royal Caribbean will also deploy Ovation of the Seas and Anthem of the Seas from Brisbane and Sydney, Australia, during the wider Asia-Pacific season. The programme gives Royal Caribbean a combination of Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia and Australian deployments across multiple ships, with Navigator of the Seas serving Singapore through October 2027.
