MIAMI, 13 August 2026: Carnival Corporation has been named to Forbes’ 2026 list of America’s Best Employers for Women, recognising the cruise company among 700 U.S. employers included in the ninth annual ranking, according to the company’s official announcement.

The recognition is based on an independent survey conducted by Forbes and Statista, covering more than 146,000 women employed by organisations with at least 1,000 employees in the United States. More than four million employer evaluations were considered over a three-year period.

How the Forbes Ranking Was Compiled

Survey participants assessed their employers across criteria including their likelihood of recommending the company, workplace culture, atmosphere, representation and parental leave. The responses were combined with additional data analysis to determine the 700 highest-scoring U.S. employers included in the final list.
Carnival Corporation said the recognition reflects its focus on employee well-being, inclusion and belonging across its workforce.

“This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the experiences and contributions of women across our company. With more than 160,000 team members from nearly 150 countries, we have an extraordinary opportunity and responsibility to create a culture where people have a voice, opportunities to grow and the support to build meaningful careers,” said Bettina Deynes, global chief human resources officer. “We are proud of the progress we have made and will continue raising the bar as we work to make Carnival the world’s number-one choice for hospitality, travel and leisure careers.”

Carnival Workforce Spans Nearly 150 Countries

Carnival Corporation employs more than 160,000 team members from nearly 150 countries across its global operations.
The company’s cruise portfolio comprises AIDA Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, Costa Cruises, Cunard, Holland America Line, P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises and Seabourn.

Further Workplace Recognition in 2026

The Forbes inclusion follows other corporate recognition received by Carnival Corporation during 2026. The company was named among TIME’s America’s Best Companies of 2026 and was also included in Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies 2026 list.
The latest Forbes recognition adds to Carnival Corporation’s workplace-related accolades as the company continues its stated aim of becoming the leading choice for careers in hospitality, travel and leisure.
