Aroya Cruises x Al Nassr FC Sponsorship

29 JULY 2026AROYA Cruises has renewed its sponsorship agreement with Al Nassr FC for the 2026-27 season, extending a partnership that began in 2023, according to a statement distributed by the cruise line on 29 July. Under the renewed agreement, the AROYA Cruises logo will continue to appear on the sleeve of Al Nassr FC’s official jersey throughout the 2026-27 season. The two organisations will also develop new interactive fan experiences, marketing campaigns and digital content for audiences in Saudi Arabia and internationally.

Partnership Continues into Fourth Season

AROYA Cruises and Al Nassr FC first entered their partnership in 2023. Since then, the organisations have delivered initiatives connecting football and tourism while introducing audiences to the Saudi cruise brand. The latest agreement continues the relationship into the 2026-27 season, with both parties planning further activities designed to engage football supporters.
AROYA Cruises was launched by Cruise Saudi, a Public Investment Fund portfolio company, in June 2023. The cruise line began operating in December 2024 and offers seasonal sailings across the Red Sea, Arabian Gulf and Mediterranean.

Taha Nazer, Acting Cruise Saudi CEO, said: “Renewing our sponsorship agreement with Al Nassr FC for another season reflects the strength of a relationship that has continued to grow. Since 2023, the sponsorship has created a strong connection between the passion of football, and the Remarkably Arabian experiences AROYA Cruises offers at sea. Through this renewal, we will continue to build on that reach, introduce more audiences to AROYA Cruises and support the continued growth of Saudi Arabia’s tourism, sport and entertainment sectors in line with Vision 2030.”

Fan Experiences and Digital Content Planned

The renewal includes plans for a new programme of fan experiences, marketing campaigns and digital material. The content will target audiences within Saudi Arabia and internationally.

Jose Semedo, CEO of Al Nassr FC, said: “The renewal of our partnership with AROYA Cruises reflects the confidence that leading Saudi brands continue to place in Al Nassr and in the value our club creates both on and off the pitch. As our global community continues to grow, Al Nassr has become one of the Kingdom’s most powerful platforms for connecting Saudi brands with millions of fans around the world. We are proud to continue this partnership with AROYA Cruises as we work together to develop initiatives that bring us closer to the fans and highlight the Kingdom’s ambition, excellence, and hospitality.”

Al Nassr FC was founded in Riyadh in 1955. The club’s official playing kit will continue to carry AROYA Cruises branding under the extended agreement.

Renewal Follows Yalla AROYA Cruises Campaign

The sponsorship extension follows other sport and entertainment campaigns undertaken by AROYA Cruises. These have included the “Yalla AROYA Cruises” campaign featuring Al Nassr footballer Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez. The campaign introduced the cruise line’s onboard offering to audiences in Saudi Arabia and other international markets.
AROYA Cruises operates the ship AROYA, which has 1,678 cabins, 12 restaurants, 17 lounges and cafés and 20 entertainment venues. Its facilities also include Blossom by AROYA and Khuzama, the cruise line’s premium accommodation and service concept. The renewed Al Nassr agreement will run throughout the 2026-27 football season.
