JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia – July 13, 2026: AROYA Cruises has introduced a redesigned website that brings voyage research, reservations, online check-in and guest services together within one connected digital platform. The first Arabian cruise line said in an official press release that the updated site is intended to support guests throughout their journey, from initial planning to managing a confirmed booking.
Available worldwide in English and Arabic, the platform is linked to AROYA Cruises’ booking system, customer relationship management platform and wider operational systems. The integration supports a more consistent experience across guest touchpoints, including the website, mobile devices, kiosks and digital signage.
Simplified voyage planning and reservations
The redesigned website provides expanded information about destinations and onboard experiences as guests research and plan a voyage. Content covering dining, entertainment and shore excursions is also available to help users review the cruise experience and available options before completing a reservation.
AROYA Cruises said bookings can now be completed in fewer steps, streamlining the process from initial search to confirmed reservation.
Sture Myrmell, President of AROYA Cruises, commented: “Our refreshed website opens the door to smoother discovery and planning, making each step of the guest journey simpler, more personal and more connected. It reflects the attention to detail that defines the AROYA experience and our commitment to shaping a cruise experience built around the preferences of today’s guests.”
Booking management and online check-in combined
After reserving a voyage, guests can use the website to manage their booking and complete online check-in before arriving for their cruise. They can also access their guest profile through the same platform, bringing several post-booking functions together in one place.
The website has been developed to work across desktop computers, tablets and mobile devices. Its responsive design provides a consistent interface and access to services across the supported devices.
The connected system also extends beyond the public-facing website. By linking online activity with AROYA Cruises’ reservation, customer relationship and operational platforms, the website supports a consistent experience across the digital services guests may use before and during their voyage.
Bilingual access for regional and international users
The website is offered in both Arabic and English, giving users access to its planning, booking and trip-management services in either language. Guests can search for voyages, explore destinations and onboard facilities, complete reservations and manage existing trips through the globally available platform.
The bilingual format is particularly relevant to AROYA Cruises’ position as an Arabian cruise line, while also supporting users in international markets. The cruise line operates seasonal voyages in the Red Sea, Arabian Gulf and Mediterranean.
The website launch forms part of AROYA Cruises’ development of digital services intended to complement its onboard offering. The platform brings information and trip-management functions together across the planning, booking and post-booking stages.
Platform supports AROYA Cruises’ wider operations
AROYA Cruises was launched by Cruise Saudi in June 2023 and began operations in December 2024. Cruise Saudi is a portfolio company of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund. The cruise line was developed in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s aim of becoming a leading global tourism destination.
Its flagship vessel, AROYA, has 1,678 cabins, 12 restaurants, 17 lounges and cafés and 20 entertainment venues. The ship also includes Blossom by AROYA wellness and sports facilities, a large children’s zone and Khuzama, its VIP accommodation and service experience.
The redesigned bilingual website is now live at aroya.com
